Looks like somebody gradually trying to sell a largish holding into a v thin market. Look at the sales, note the repeating pairs: 219 & 781, and 110 & 890. Note also the abysmal buy side of the MD. I guess they see better prospects elsewhere for capital appreciation (since divvies aren't a near-term consideration with PSA).
