The good news is that (1) the 12 inch NGP is idle and can transport 90 mmcf / 90 TJ per day and (2) the pipeline required to connect to AGP to deliver first gas @40 mmcf/d is a short 30kms.
I agree that there should be little doubt about initial gas production.
The only unknown is how to scale up from there but there should be a substantial production base and proven resource at that stage and as you note there’s been a bit of a gap in new gas coming on stream.
The domestic gas deficit is coming home to roost. Globally, more gas is needed to support electrification.
