IMO, you will struggle first to pin the directors against the wall on any accountability, second any litigation needs more money than you probably lost even as a collective to win. Thirdly the stress may not even be worth it. Fourthly you need to get a collective who are prepared to stay and pay as a collective over a long period of time (maybe 2 to 4 years). Fifthly you need ASX and ASIC support who in most peoples opinion will just nod, agree and do nothing.
GL though if you do get some action. I would like my option money back but frankly in my experience of courts in commerical actions, the little guy in 99% of cases fails. That is of course if that is what the option holders (ex) do.
Better trading days to you all.
