Yes, unless something bad happens, I don’t think we’ll see OPTOB at 10 cents again anytime soon. Like you, I was hoping the house of Regal would offload them on the market after the failed retail CR SPP. However, maybe they’re in the hot hands of the instos now.
As we saw before the May 2024 CR notice, if we see rapid offloading (at volume) for any reason, we need to be cautious, as it’s clear OPT and their advisors run a leaky ship.
