The latest announcement stated they had engaged a few external advisors to help guide HLX, regarding concern of the proportional taken over offer and it’s ongoing obligations of concern regarding limited expenditure on its project/s which could result in a breach through no fault of Helix simply by conducting business in the ordinary course. Whatever this means!
The way I see it, it up to shareholders to say NO, to the proportional take over offer. Also, let’s hope HLX make an announcement soon regarding there project/s.
