In September, Joint Venture partner Perilya Broken Hill Ltd, which held EL 6979, elected not to contribute to future expenditure on the tenement as per the JV agreement and has withdrawn from the JV and reduced to a 1.5% NSR with no further equity. When the tenement is transferred to Carpentaria, it will become part of the BMG JV with all costs expended to date to be reimbursed to Carpentaria.
