Recent posts detailing the materials employed in the ReRAM technologies of TSMC, Fujitsu, and TetraMem really illustrate WBT's competitive advantage (thanks @jb206 & @Flectional ).
All 3 of these rival products use platinum group metals (variously platinum, iridium and ruthenium) which are already expensive, and rarer than gold.

Imagine what happens to the price of any of these metals if they start being consumed at scale in the electronics industry.
