So we are back and fixated on the period of 2022 @LD99 ?

In the most recent Q & A the status of Nueva Sabana progress is entirely contingent upon the additionally requested 2000m Infill Drilling to upgrade resources from Inferred to Indicated and as is stated in that same video, the potential Offtake party has reportedly done their due dilligence on all other aspects of the project but they require this additional Infill Drilling "to be confident in the surety of the Nueva Sabana first stage Life of Mine".

So the very partner who you are all wanting to have signed, sealed and delivered and already to have stumped up for $20m or so in advance sales has requested extra drilling assays and the company has responded and started and completed those as indicated, and yet you're still complaining ?

As for SOI and Market Cap, the SOI is less relevant when the value of projects under the portfolio is understood by the wider market, the current share price though, ie the levels below the range of 2.0c - 2.3c prior to May, is entirely a function of the aggressive Con Note selling by Patras Capital. It seems you should be focussing your efforts and disdain in their direction and doing something noble like heading up a class action against them.

Also, continue to ignore the almost $400K benefit to AAU's balance sheet (via debt write off) in pursuing that dispute with Patras too !, why would Patras give up such a considerable amount if there was no substance to the way things were gone about during that period ?

Well as I type this response, AAU has just gone into Trading Halt pending an announcement, what will it be ?

Will it be yet another point of progress on those items flagged during the July 2024 Q & A ?

Who knows, but it'll be interesting when it drops, so maybe get up to date with that which was foreshadowed in July, as a number of those things have already been delivered upon
