Some months back, I posed the question whether this company wouldn’t be better off being acquired by a business that has the brand, muscle and sufficiently resourced to monetise the IP that it’s developed and seems to now be struggling to take to market.

Not too often one comes across a situation that the IP is exclusive, is in a product that the NCCN has expressly endorsed, and yet the company that owns it, and had years to anticipate and develop a roll out strategy, is struggling to execute on it, much less clearly define it in the first place.

At the time, the answer to my Q was IPD is swimming along now, and is on top of things.

So I ask again: is there any sentiment that IPD is now crying out for a take over?
