nopta already includes a time frame in their report (ref April 2020 Report to JA - our first application) where they advise that the decision by the JA (NSW and FEDs) should be sent back to NOPTA in approx 16 days.
Maybe there will be a formal advice - but it would not be legally binding as it is not in legislation - except ofcourse if someone were to take the JA to court for not making a decision in a timely manner.
