Admittedly, I never thought we (shareholders) would be in this position post redomicile. At a bare minimum, I thought the SP would at least be double digits given the progress of the lead assets.
One of the reasons to move to the US was to increase attractiveness to a broader US investor pool who previously could not invest in non-US or packaged ADR securities. But here we are: overnight volume 2.62k; MC $27.7mil which is abysmal when compared against our peers; and a CEO who can't, won't, or is unable to address shareholder concerns on what he is doing to reverse the current situation. Why is that? Simple question.
Instead we have: certain "associates" threatening holders legal action for voicing their opinions (that's a new one!!!), the CEO doing an interview on how/why he is such a great communicator; then advising shareholders to contact the co. via the investor enquiry channel only for that medium to go quiet as well; and then commissioning a survey that peeps don't like using the CPAP machine. Go figure
I could go on but it's fairly simple from my point of view. As a shareholder I will continue to be critical of the guy in charge until things turn around. It's my right. Joel, step-up or step aside.
Two weeks until the Annual Report is due. Hopefully some concerns addressed but not holding my breath. GLTAH
