Maybe, probably.
However, the way it shook out I suspect he was more directed. Something like we'll come up with a resource statement in the next 1 - 2 months or we're expecting more the 600 000 oz. Maybe he showed how much cheaper it was to operate in CGI anyway I think it would have been a reaction to TCG's pinching of some investors with their maiden resource.
Have a look a the net shares traded. It's a big number both real and relative.
