I think your response shows your underlying misogyny and lack of understanding of school systems. Consequences are limited not because of feminisation but because parents are much of the problem, and the range of consequences are limited.
you might note that principals have a significant impact on the culture and performance of a school- and guess what proportionately more principals are male.
