At the date this report is signed, MNB was having half of $3.5m left on 30-June, so circa. $1.7m right now.
Engaging with an emerging market fund as co-investor and they are now doing due diligence. If they can use DD results from IDC and SWF then can be fast, but if completely independent then can be from slow to very slow.
The directors are also confident that they could raise additional funds via a CR to fund remaining CapEx and working capital for the next 12 months.
And no update on when the offtake can be signed, so from end of June/early July (1-2 weeks as of AGM) => "coming weeks" => it's now unknown.
