Ah!!!, good point Green Hornet. If you listen to Dr Mark's last video cam with his overview on TP2B, he touches on this subject and looks like they are successfully mitigating these issues.
There is a good reason in the objectives of soft cap over CPAP and injection. It's about mitigation of current known issues. If this can be done as Mark states a huge market with massive acceptance on drug delivery and ease of use could be on the cards.
