G'day. I'm not a holder of either stock, though have been into KZL, but I have been following this saga. I just can't figure out how they can expect people to take their 11c offer when 13c (or more) is available by selling through the market, at least for small holders anyway. I know where I'd be selling my shares if I held, say, 100,000.
