A thought that passed my mind was in relation to the comment in the past, and re-iterated in this release that "... discussions with dozens of potential pharmeceutical corporate parties...."
Perhaps a deal will be released prior to SYC leaving, which I think would be a good way to end his tenure, or there has been discussions that a new hand would be better to finalise one or more of the deals.
