The $3 raise is still funding RAC's world first cardioprotective anti-cancer synergy program. That's a win in my book. The piddly little 75c raise was for a an ancillary synergy program, with a drug supply agreement from a multinational pharma (one that hasn't terminated the agreement based on RAC drug's commercial viability, like Merck did with IMU).
Choi, you guys get shafted annually with management raising massive piles of cash, desperate to grab hold of anything commercially viable. You shouldn't lecture anyone on what a good raise looks like.
