TELSTRA has sent notice that all our costs are rising.
Trying to navigate through what is best for us.
TELSTRA I believe is becoming a rip off.
I need Mobile family plan for 5 phones and Internet for 2 homes 1 for home and 1 for my kids in the city for study.
My mobiles are increasing to $325 per month for a lesser service (Currently unlimited calls and 50gb data per each.) Internet risen to $105 each per month.
Total cost per month is $535.00 per month for lesser service.
Impossible to talk to someone at Telstra unless I have their App which I don't want. I do not use Apps. We I do get an answer ringing them they are very rude and always means hours on the phone.
That is too much for our family budget.
I am not much good at these plans and nor are my friends. Its a nightmare to understand them all.
