You are purposely avoiding the matter of the discussion here. But if you want to hear, let me say that NO RAISE IS GOOD UNTIL IT PRODUCES RESULTS THAT THE RAISE IS MEANT FOR. If a company fails to achieve the outcome it wants the raise for, then yes, it fails the shareholders.
Now read my post again because it is not about the price you sold or even about the price it is raised. It is how the raise is sold to shareholders. And when you say we get shafted, we won't truly know until the results is finally out. For all you know, RAC shareholders could be the ones shafted if the outcome is a fail, just like for anyone. So don't laugh about others being shafted before the fat lady has sung. In the end, who gets shafted, only time will tell.
