yes the Chinese have gummed up the Li works and manipulated the market. They seem to be running out of ammo on a number of fronts now.
Everything is pointing to the US and their elections. Then Europe will settle down and the climate change initiatives and manufacturing of carbon non dependent technologies can get some serious traction.
I don't personally think the polls are very accurate on that front. If you look to the WSJ, Bloomberg and statements of Goldman Sachs you can see where they want this to land. And it's not with dRumpf.
Accumulation time can't be far off.
