We have always known the project was on the small side compared to average but it was sold as fast tracking generating cash flow. It actually made sense except they couldn't get it going before they painted themselves into a corner.
The impaired asset is really only an accounting thing they have done it to carry it forward. If they decide to restart it they'll have to reverse it.
