When I read this paper, I cannot avoid thinking, that Masters has the PBT2 patent ATH granted him. However, I cannot find anything significant connecting monocytes and Zn-chelator PBT2. Masters wanted to get this patent. I wonder if he already knew some of the results of this study when he was granted the PBT2 patent. I feel this to be an important study to ATH, but I cannot figure how.
