Choi, every single one of IMU's raises have been successful. They've "produced the results that the raise is meant for". The big end of town participate and then dump their shares into retail at a premium, and IMU get another 12 month runway.
Seems like a terrible deal for shareholders; but if you're happy, I'm happy.
