Its more about companies developing products they can sell that can use AI at the Edge.
You seem to assume the market was always there. It was not. Its just getting out of the starting blocks and growth is expected to be exponential.
Tata are a very progressive company and recognised the potential of the Edge early.
In order to understand this have a look at the AGM video replay and the interview after the AGM with Sean. It will all then fall into place.
The growing number of engagements some commencing over a year ago indicates the market is coming to the Edge.
