Good analysis!
One of the things that I like with us owning and operating a "Peaker Plant" is that the Transmission/Distribution companies will be paying premium prices to for us to supply power.
One thing that you can be sure about is that with the increased demand for power ongoing, is that the demand for the running of of Peaker Plant will increase a lot over time and quite possibly to the point that we will have to expand the output, as the development of "Base Load" generation will not keep up with increasing demand!
