Why does nothing else make sense. List all of the possible reasons that you have considered and I'm sure readers will be able to add others. I assume that you are not an oil and gas expert, so please consider that you have probably not exhausted all of the possibilities. I can't so easily agree that nothing else makes sense without this full and comprehensive analysis being done and then asking questions of management based upon this comprehensive analysis. Hope you agree.
