some great points in your post and some crucial questions raised - not sure even DM knows the answer yet despite what has been stated
I do know to a large degree it will depend on the success at 20 which is only as far as I'm prepared to look at the moment - not helpful i know but the value of the tech and what potential deal / development path forward may occur is pinned to that outcome - that's when it all gets interesting imo
thats when the IP holds value and the data becomes 'interesting' to advanced cmos companies to potentially run volume/bit cost / price numbers

just my view of course (time waster that I am)
