don't think I have ever seen more superficial rubbish on economics than the latest from Ching. And besides share of development costs, cost of capital, what about tax? After all, it is not gross cash flow that services further investment, it is net of tax profit. Lets see a full spread sheet laying out the real world instead of this kind of junk.
