A lot of damage occurred back then. Moving along and LTR is looking a lot better (for want of a better word). Distribution starts with volatility and ends with volatility and it is the phase where many dollars can be made, and lost unfortunately.
A reverse t/line intersecting a normal t/line can be quite powerful and signal a reversal, but even the first proponent of this, Wyckoff, cautioned to wait a bit.
