do creationists believe earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis, diseases like cancer & leprosy are intelligent design?

does intelligent design explain the human history of man's inhumanity against man, how human beings have abused, enslaved and slaughtered eachother?

does intelligent design explain how animals slaughter other animals, how certain birds attack the nests of other birds and slaughter their offspring?

there is both order & decay; both care & indifference
