hi all, in the unlikely event we do receive money back from FFX (which will be via some kind of taxable distribution), can I then crystallise a capital loss on the FFX shares by disposing of them on a site like this?

it says they will buy delisted shares basically, for $1 plus admin costs. useful service but not sure its legit.
