I admit that I can be slow on the uptake.
Are they being paid to build their own fabrication building or have they scored a contract that would then enable them to proceed to build the facility to that they would need in order to build the subject of the contract?
It could read that they are getting free money to get on with their capex program? Or, it could be softening us up for an announcement regarding how they are to fund their capex?
Perplexed.
