I agree. When you think about it -its been a decade-old bull market for property and that psychology will be very hard to break, across the maintream. there are people all around who have a resolute perception that property has never been anything other than bullish. It will be a genuine shock for many to witness the rug being slowly pulled out from under their feet, and not a lot they can do about it.
Whereas the stock market delivers relatively sharp blows- this one is is going to be long and bruising and will take out alot of weakened punters.
