    Hi @CapitalKing
I'm now posting my moderated post by amending the necessary things.

    @CapitalKing
Thanks a lot for taking time to summarize the 6 hours conference. That's an excellent post. That helped me a lot.

It's really good to see some LTR holders take their time to make very good contribution here while some kind of dishonest and shameless downrampers are still trying to blur the minds of LTR holders by untrue posts.

There are many downrampers here I believe because billions of dollars is involved in the business of LTR now. Don't take it lightly. It's real.

Again, don't take Hotcopper light. Majority of retail holders read these threads, even very large holders in top 20 read our threads, and even some write here. So those shorter and The Someone get some downramping job done here to demoralise the holders. That's real.

Do your own research more and see what's right.
I'm recommending everyone to make more and more research on their own if they want to hold tightly and confidently. Knowledge is everything. I'd like to see every LTR holder to write their opinions here.

Look..,@CapitalKing has only 26 posts but he is now making great contributions. It helped me a lot. I couldn't have time to listen to that 6 hours conference but he made me a great favour by summarising it. Thanks again.

I'd like to see more silent holders to make more research and write their findings here. Don't let those shameless downrampers to demobilise our minds and ruin our future. After making your own research then you can hold or sell. Just do not let those bastards to blur your mind.

    LTR is doing very well.

Plant is working flawlessly as far as we can see so far.

There won't be a major issue from now on. We have already passed the commissioning stage. We are in ramp up and commercial production now. Just ramping up the tonnage to the machines everyday a little bit more which is the ordinary procedure. I
can see with my mechanical engineer (B.Sc) background that KV plant is now working very well.

We have $380m in the bank and we don't need any kind of CR. That money came from LG and it was a kind of CR which was done at $1.80 ps. So simple.

We will also receive money from our sales very soon. Only Sinomine sales will provide around AU$150m until the FY2025 end (June 30 2025, then months from here, when the Sinomine contracts ends). Plus from LG, Tesla and Ford.

NO PROBLEMS WITH FINANCING AT ALL IMO.

The lithium spod concentrate SC6 price will reach to US$1,000/t very soon
as indicated in Citi Research report as well. I don't care about what Citi say much though. They don't tell the truth IMO. I knew it's going to be US$1,000/t because I already got LTR's FOB sale price as US$1,000/t on my recent posts before.

Even US$1,000/t price is enough for us to go for a long time until the market recovers with a bigger S/D deficit.

It's now well understood from UBS report about CATL's mine closure that the lithium carbonate cost of CATL from lepidolite is ~US$11,000/t. That is the COST of CATL.

A producer should put some margin on top of it if it wants to stay alive. If you put just a 25% margin on it, the incentive sale price is being US$13,750/t.

Death of lepidolite mines of China.

Now by US$13,750/t sale price of lithium carbonate many Chinse converters (non-integrated, which don't have mine)
will buy spod from Australia and produce lithium carbonate and MAKE A PROFIT. So that's being the death of lepidolite mines of China.
The calculation is easy. You can make 1t of LCE by 7.5t of SC6 spod concentrate in the chemical converter. That makes cost of US$7,500 if we get spod price as US$1,000/t.

Thenadd US$3,000/t for processing cost. It all comes toUS$10,500/t COST FOR LCE FROM SPOD.

So the Chinese chemical converters would be able to buy Australian spod at US$1,000/t now. They would prefer to that because the waste from lepidolite and processing time and machine wear out and downtimes
will be much less with Aust. spod. So that's being the death of lepidolite mines of China.

There is a lot to talk about the lithium price. I'll give you a lot of info again about how those disgraceful instos like GS, MS, JPM, Citi, etc guys manipulating the market. It's a topic of another post.

Now the downrampers and "The someone" have nothing to do bad for LTR. But they are still hopelessly trying to push LTR's stock price down.

I'm just ignoring the sp of LTR for now. It's not irrelevant to its assets and operations. It's just not real. The Someone spending a lot of money to create this illusion but it will come to an end soon.
