you are correct in terms of Legend rail position and the fact that SDL need to build over 500km of rail through rugged jungle terrain - check the SDL MOU with china rail.
this is a sleeping giant
also LEG has a simililar aeromag and bigger land holding
SDL needs to deliver ore to the port of Kribi whcih will need a massive capital expenditure for upgrading. LEG have access to Doula which is a deep sea port ready to go.
