I think you are on the right track. Yes there will be an ability to use their findings which we can process for them. Yes we can strike a deal that will benefit us.

However when others are saying this is helping the competition. It is.............HOWEVER if the demand is growing worldwide due to the research into the different applications of Niobium then demand may outstrip supply. If this happens which I think will eventuate (especially with lithium batteries going up in flames more and more lately) then helping the supply of Niobium to the world by processing ENR's stock can be a positive thing. As long as a deal is struck where we make money then the strategy stands up.

With an increase in worldwide need and demand for Niobium then we sell ours and have all the infrastructure in place to help ENR out to get their product to market (obviously for a profit to us) then it is a good news story that they have some finds. The beauty here is we have the mother ship and the economics to create the infrastructure required. ENR may find enough to break even with infrastructure costs. So how do they make profit? Use our processing plant and infrastructure where we make a profit on the processing side.

Nice though. It can work with growing and demand outstripping supply. We then can make profit from our find and ENR's. That would mean they need to end up with a goldilocks grade and amount. Just enough to make a small profit yet not too much they can go on their own. Thats the sweet spot.

Demand outstrip supply + ENR's end grade and amount not good enough for them to create their own processing and transport routes.
