@Damianache - Na mate, I’m down loads of this one and am really disgruntled with how this is going. It has become a real sh*t show.

I didn’t know anything about how alignment wanted to list aprix. Why do you think that matters for us?

to start, the reason why I said the acquisition of Aprix was an alright deal was because it added a lot of IP to our portfolio and was done at a significantly higher share price than today (ie. 45 cents). When I made this comment, I had in the back of my mind that GW Pharma was acquired for $7.2 billion and had an extensive portfolio of preclinical assets + one developed FDA drug. So that’s why I said it could underpin a better valuation with a takeover in the future - especially given that biotech companies are hungry for IP and have billions to spend, if we get the OSA drug through the clinical drug process

that said, that’s where the bullish case ends for me

it might not matter for us ASX investors if we even create a commercial drug at the end of the day.

youre correct that Arena might be the death blow for ASX investors and dilute us to oblivion, so even if we create a good drug, we might still end of with nothing. But don’t you think, if the market improves for biotech small caps and we get some results out, we could raise most of what we need at higher prices? And this deal is better than to raising to mates at these low prices. But I don’t know tbh.

I don’t believe that Arena are interested in holding us like @rhino78 believes in the slightest. Yes, we are illquid at the moment but they could drip shares out every day. But who knows. It might be useful for us too look into previous cases where they provided con shares and see if it worked out or not for shareholders.

look I have my rosy coloured glasses off and realise the market writes us off which I have been saying all along.

I just want to get my money back and as this sh*t show continues, I don’t know if that’s a possibility. But I and a lot of other investors have faith with the coming news expected into year end. But I truly believe that management aren’t aligned with shareholders anymore and don’t give the slightest concern if we make money which is really unfortunate because I thought the contrary before the move to the US
