You could be right with Arena's intention as we haven't seen the disclosure on the conditions off the equity exchange. Are they in escrow, benchmarked or can the shares be dumped
As for the class action. Apart from a poster on HC seemingly trying I wasn't aware of such current action in progress and the amount of actions. I sincerely hope your wrong and will seek clarification on the matter as this news is now a worry to many shareholders.
