Accountability is important.
I wouldn't have any real issue if the offer was being made at a clear premium - say 50% above the current offer.
The thing is, management of LRS are effectively getting paid way above what PLS is offering shareholders of LRS. Well above the 50% premium I mentioned above. I'm not remotely convinced they've earned it.
