I'm pretty sure they can only buy back the convertible notes on the reset date, which comes around once every 3 years.
Don't know off the top of my head when the next reset is due. I used to have an AZZG holding, but that was quite a few years ago.
If they want to buy back the notes before the reset date, they can also buy on market, but only to the extent that sellers appear with offers to sell.
