I would request a board seat and/or make a cash takeover offer at 4 cents for the whole company. They have stated they will reject the Max scheme so that deal is dead as the they need 75% to vote in favour but not all shareholders will vote so they will quickly get to 25% against. If they can increase their holding to 30 - 40% then they would get board controll. They then sell services to VN8 at the current rate as exisitng providers and achieve the synergies without 100% ownership.
