I'm actually not too uncomfortable with this cr. Annoying as it is. Early on bio companies need lots of cash. Things happen along the way that can be unforeseen. I wouldn't like to see the bank account down too low early next year either. You have to maintain cash for opex.

As for partners. I don't want to see a pharma come in now and take say 40% of the company at a bargain price and pay for the trials. A partner comes in at the end when the trial is successful and the drug needs bringing to the market. That's when you need gazillions.
