Simon has described it in the past as high grade silica. I’m not a geo but if it was refractory someone would have mentioned it and I would have run for the hills. The material from the old pit had impurities through it and was much lower grade. Had they a secondary crusher it would have just been profitable enough to have kept operational apparently.
