If one considers the significance of ASX statements by RIM with regard to GPR providing funding in the last few months and the fact the new GPR directors (true directors) will no doubt be undertaking a fairly comprehensive review prior to proving any funding of existing programs there is a major question over whether shareholders who purchased shares in the frothy run up in share prices from 3 to 8 cents a share did so in marketplace which was not appropriately informed by directors.
if true those shareholders may have rights to take action against RIM and its directors.
My prediction is a shareholder class action will be the result.
