IMO, never trust data provided by an institution that is funded directly by an organisation that has predetermined their outcomes.
Gillard's climate change committee and discussion group is a perfect example.
The simple fact is that the powers that be have determined the outcome i.e. Co2 is the cause. The 'science' is all about trying to prove this to be the case. So far they are failing, and for good reason.
