What rights do I have? I own hardly any shares compared to them. My vote counts for nothing because if it did, the LI deal wouldn't have gone through. I make zero decisions for the company. I have no power whatsoever. At the very least, this experience has taught me to stick with the big, legit companies that are too big to be run for one small group's benefit. When I'm finally out of this, I won't be touching any small cap ever again. I'll stick with the ASX top 50.
