resource update at hillside

I think the price prior to today's announcement had already
pre empted the news hence no outstanding movement today.Cant help feeling that this stock is undervalued and can't fathom out why it cant crack the $3.00 barrier and move on towards the analysts bright predictions of $4.00 plus.
Just for fun ,
If the resource was already above ground and stockpiled at current prices:
2.6 billion pounds copper at $3.96 lb
and 1.1 million ounces gold at $1,380 $11.8 billion
Less Costs involved $11.5 billion
Current market Value 114m shares $306 million
After additional 34million shares placement maybe share price less than current quote .
At todays prices it is now a sitting duck for maybe OZL. They have over a billion in cash and at todays prices an investment in RXM $300m cmv plus 100m in bank is a possibility . With 50% explored at Hillside and Parara potential what is holding this one back is a mystery .
