I think that with something like hyperhidrosis, being an embarrassing condition, the key to accessing these patients is to go looking for them and make the process frictionless. It's like so many other conditions where people will actually AVOID seeking treatment and would prefer to suffer in silence. I think that Botanix know this all too well and are doing a lot towards targeting these people (social media, patient experience program, Klick, etc etc)
