Really depends who the first customer is, if its Texas Instruments or PSMC it should shoot up to $750-1B no problem, if its a no name then no chance.
Most of the big brands (MicroSemi, STMicro, Infineon, Qualcomm, NXP, Renesas) already have a partnership with TSMC, so getting them away from TSMC ReRAM will be a challenge.
Impossible to know the market cap till you have an idea of the revenue.
Take DB Hitek, total revenue of about 850 m USD, if 5% of their chips contain ReRAM and royalty is 5% then Weebit revenue is only ~AU$3 million, not nearly enough to justify $750m market cap.
But sign up TI then you can look at some decent future revenue. That's exactly the problem, first order will be small to prove the technology works, and lasts. They might not even pay to demo the technology.
No one is going to put a brand new product into their flagship product, it takes years of real world prototyping before a customer will sign large orders.
If I was buying ReRAM you would ask for a hefty discount to be the first major customer..... so going to be a long road ahead.
